Growth Strategy
When the initial set of growth opportunities is about to run its course or it's time to plot out the next major frontier to tackle, it is time to set direction for staff via a growth strategy process. Our approach covers critical elements necessary: big picture thinking, solid goal setting and supporting measures, opportunity exploration (what without the how) and linking strategy to finance/resource allocation. We deliver summary presentation slides to be utilized by management up, across and down the organization on “the what” and “the why.” Our outcome is strategy which is a fact-based exploration of options to define success, “the what” and provide direction for a team to execute “the how.”

New Venture Management & Integration Planning
We provide clients with the strategy, planning and management to bring ventures to market. In addition, companies are often times faced with how best to integrate the venture back into an existing organization. We can help clients address this integration dilemma by identifying key issues and developing and executing a comprehensive plan.

M&A Strategy & Execution
Our focus here is to develop the plan and, if needed, target for execution re
ady-to-scale “small-co” acquisitions. In our growth strategy process, we envision the linkage of growth strategy to the execution of growth. One of the quickest ways to drive growth is to acquire a small company or brand with unique value that is scalable. Costs are low, proof of results is much better known and the value of the incremental EBITDA that can be generated makes it strategic growth. In our experience, we see from beginning through to execution many new ventures, business models and new product launches. The fact is that for some companies and some categories, it is smarter and easier to grow an existing business than start it from scratch. It is basically developing a strategy for acquiring "innovation. We will facilitate a proactive acquisition plan and provide supporting research to validate unmet need growth areas. In addition, since we are experienced in working both with global multi-nationals and high-growth entrepreneurial companies we can discreetly execute acquisitions and orphan brand divestitures for high growth potential businesses on either side quickly and seamlessly coordinate research, strategic analysis and execution to get results faster.

Sometimes growth strategy calls for accessing capabilities from another organization. Our process guides clients to the partnering solution that best fits them. Our work has helped clients assess the strategic value of partnership relationships, targeted potential partners and advised clients on business deal terms.
