Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities include interfacing with client management at all levels of the organization, framing problems, developing research design and conducting research and/or business analysis to uncover critical insights and presenting solutions in various written and oral formats. Depending on experience and expertise relating to a given engagement, consultants may be responsible for all aspects of client development and lead the growth strategy or innovation engagement. Additionally, responsibilities include firm client development, service development, firm sponsored market studies, firm improvement project and other projects as assigned.

Candidates should have overall ten years of business experience and a minimum of five years strategy consulting or research firm experience with an established firm; however, significant food & beverage or consumer goods industry experience within innovation will be strongly considered. Additionally, candidates should have Global 100 or Fortune 500 experience in consumer products, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry with demonstrable success in growth and innovation in conducting research, ideation and managing the launch of new products or categories. We prefer candidates who hold an MBA or other advanced management degree from a top school.

Candidates must demonstrate creative problem solving skills and relevant best practice knowledge. Other important attributes includes: excellent written and oral communication, use of MS PowerPoint to present concepts, thoroughness, curiosity, quick wit, humor/ likability, ethics, empathy, strong business intuition, confidence and self-motivation.
