Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities for this position include interfacing with client management at all levels of the organization, framing problems, conducting business analysis to uncover critical insights and presenting solutions in various written and oral formats. Depending on experience and expertise relating to a given engagement, consultants may be responsible for all aspects of managing that strategy engagement or leading a project team and at a minimum will be responsible for specific analysis and deliverables assigned. Additionally, consultants will work on client development, service development, firm sponsored market studies, firm improvement project and other projects as assigned.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years consulting experience with an established firm, most preferably a strategy consulting firm; however, significant consumer goods industry experience within innovation will be considered. Additionally, candidates should have Global 100 or Fortune 500 experience in consumer products, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry with demonstrable success in growth and innovation such as launching new products or categories, success in leveraging acquisitions or developing alliances, licensing arrangements or other partnerships. We look for candidates who hold an MBA or other advanced management degree from a top school. Minimum business experience of 5 years is required for positions listed not counting schooling.
