Valen Group has changed the way we “strategize.” We experienced one of our most successful years following the Valen meetings. Valen Group motivates everyone to share their thoughts and goals for success throughout each level of the organization. Goals are set, measurable, obtainable, and with timelines for completion. Excellent work from an outstanding team!

We have used the Valen group for two years now and both experiences have been monumental for our organization. Their sessions have helped us collaborate as a team to define our goals and develop a strategy to execute those goals. It has provided a sense of unity amongst our leadership team to tackle the next year and accomplish what we set out to achieve.

Valen Group provided a well-planned strategic planning session that encouraged input from all members. From start to finish, the session felt comfortable and engaging.

I personally had a lot of political capital invested in Valen and it was a great thing to see my investments pay dividends through the process of our strategic planning retreat with Valen Group!

The passion and enthusiasm was something that really stood out to me and made an impact on me. The expertise, knowledge, and “know how” really set the tempo of our sessions and help to direct our team in a productive manner. I believe you all controlled the meetings and made our time together efficient and with purpose. On a side note, I really enjoyed spending time with each of you outside our meetings to get to know you. I think I can speak for our entire group in saying that we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you all.

Valen does an excellent job to cultivate a team setting. The design of each session was unique. From larger full group discussions to the breakout sessions that involved smaller teams. Each session yielded results.

Great job guys. Provided great direction and facilitation. Fun, not boring.

The long range planning session was much better than I was expecting. It allowed team work, growth and a better understanding of the group as a whole. I loved the transparency with the numbers and clear cut path to reaching goals.
