We have used the Valen group for two years now and both experiences have been monumental for our organization. Their sessions have helped us collaborate as a team to define our goals and develop a strategy to execute those goals. They quickly developed a customized framework working with our team so we could envision the final presentation and align on a common platform to communicate. They demonstrated the value of a strategic consultant as a generalist by digging into each area of the business and shoring up gaps whether strategic, operational, or lacking financial rigor.
