Nizar El-Khoury serves as President of Strategy & Innovation at Valen Group, bringing deep experience in consumer products developed over a distinguished career at Procter & Gamble.
At P&G, Nizar established and launched new business opportunities in Food & Beverage (Pringles, Sunny D, Jif, Crisco), Home Care (Cascade), and Family Care (Luvs, Always) across North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He built extensive global expertise in innovation strategies, Research & Development, and Brand Franchise Management, leading innovation programs and building high-performance organizations.
Nizar defined innovation strategies and action plans delivering “Where to Play” business strategies across multiple product categories, accelerating innovation by leveraging Design Thinking and Front End Innovation methodologies. He streamlined P&G’s global research program by standardizing consumer and qualification tools across regions and established the foundational consumer understanding of snacking on a global basis for the Pringles brand.
Prior to joining Valen Group, Nizar led consumer insight, innovation, and research services for a research firm servicing SC Johnson and other Fortune 500 CPG companies.
He holds a Master of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
