Molly Brockman is Vice President of Innovation & Insights at Valen Group, bringing over 20 years of experience working with a diversified array of Procter & Gamble global brands including Pampers®, Luvs®, Charmin®, Oil of Olay®, Metamucil®, Align®, Pepto®, Folgers®, Jif®, and Pringles®.

With roots in outside sales, Molly transitioned to lead strategic brand identity teams committed to growing P&G’s portfolio of brands, honing her client development, project management, and Brand & Marketing strategy skills. Her expertise spans global consumer market research and global brand expansion, including opening a satellite office in Guangzhou, China.

Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications with a focus in Advertising from Loyola University of New Orleans. She then went on to pursue her Master of Business Administration at Thomas More College.
