Nizar has deep experience in consumer products with Procter & Gamble.
He established and launched new business opportunities in Food & Beverage (Pringles, Sunny D, Jif, Crisco
), Home Care (Cascade
), and Family Care (Luvs, Always
) in North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has extensive Global experience in innovation strategies, Research & Development, and Brand Franchise Management, leading innovation programs and building high performance organizations.
Nizar defined the innovation strategies and action plans which delivered the “Where to Play” business strategies across a number of product categories and accelerated innovation by leveraging Design Thinking and Front End Innovation.
While at P&G he streamlined the global research program by standardizing the consumer and qualification tools across regions to better analyze the consumer, equity and investment risks. He established the foundational consumer understanding of snacking on a global basis for the Pringles brand.
Prior to joining the Valen Group he led consumer insight, innovation and research services for a research firm servicing SC Johnson and other Fortune 500 CPG companies.
He has a Master of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition and is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
